* We can ship to most addresses in the Continental United States. However, we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands). We're afraid we also can't ship to P.O. Boxes.

Free Returns

You can return orders to us within 365 days for a full refund, including the original delivery cost if you’re returning the whole order. Please review ‘The big print’ below for further details.

Simply contact us via live chat or email us: hello@kidly.co.uk to arrange your return. You'll need access to a printer for the free shipping label.

Returns can take up to 30 days to reach us. Please then allow 2 working days for us to process your return.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Item or Received the Wrong Item? Let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.
  • We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging. We are not legally required to accept items which are personalised or which are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene, if the items become unsealed after delivery unless the items are defective or misdescribed.
  • If you’re returning only part of an order, we won’t be able to refund the original delivery charge, sorry.
  • You'll need to return your item/s using one of the pre-paid services described above to qualify for Free Returns. If you use another service and pay for it, we will not be able to refund the cost of returning the item to us. 😢
  • Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you. 🙈
  • Although our refund policy is much more generous than your legal right to return your order, we are required to inform you that you have a legal right to return faulty or misdescribed products and receive a full refund for the products. You also have a legal right to return your whole order to us and receive a full refund of the products which you ordered if you send the order back to us within the period of 14 days beginning the day after you received your order.
  • Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
